Brass Products
We have got 16 years’ experience in brass processing such as punching, folding, bending, welding, polishing etc. Especially brass welding and polishing is our strong advantage, where we can make very smooth welding seams and reach mirror surface finish.
Stainless Products
We have got 16 years’ experience in stainless steel processing such as punching, folding, bending, welding, polishing etc. Jig welding and laser welding are the main welding methods for our stainless steel production. We have got punching machine up to 800 tons, and most products are with brushed surface or mirror polished.
Plated Products
We have got two plating line in-house, one is for chrome-plating and the other for anodizing. The maximum product size in the chrome-plating line is about 3 meters long and 0.5 meters wide. The product size of our anodization line is about 1 meter x 1 meter. We also have got one powder coating line with digital control system for high quality surface.
Laser Welded Products
We have got 6 laser welding machines with robot, which can be used for stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy. The width of welding seam can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
CNC Machined Products
We have got 16 CNC machines with 4 axis, and can reach tolerance of 0.01mm. The processing speed of machine can be up to 28000 rotations to reach super fine surface of metal product.
Engineering Team
We have got a very professional engineering team with 6 peoples for jig and tooling. We produce tooling ourselves including punching tooling, deep drawn tooling, folding tooling, tube bending tooling etc. Also jigs are produced in-house being used for inspection, welding, CNC milling etc. We are experienced using different engineering software in 2D and 3D, most commonly used are AutoCad and SolidWorks.
