Company Introduction
Asia Flexproduction Ltd., was founded in 2007 and since start 100% owned by Mr Andy Panfeng. The company is organized in two main divisions, one for production (Hanchi) and one for marketing and sales. The group employs totally 62 persons. The production division is divided into the following departments:
- Quality Control
- Engineering
- Production
- Administration
The marketing and sales department includes all logistics activities.
Since start, the company have focused on export sales with US and Europe being the main markets. The annual turnover is around USD 8 million.

Burr Removing
To remove burrs on the edge of steel plates we use digital controlled deburr equipment and all edges to assure correct smoothness.

CNC Workshop
We have 16 CNC controlled machines in the workshop. We process aluminum or stainless steel parts with 4 axis CNC machines and can reach tolerance up to 0.01mm, and also make super fine surface.

Digital Folding
To fold various kinds of metal plate with digital control system, the tolerance can be +-0.2 degree, and the length of product can be up to 4m. By using flexible jigs, we can reach almost no folding mark on the surface.

Laser Cutting
We are able to laser cut plates up to 25mm thickness using Trulaser machine imported from Germany.

Plate Flatness Correction
To assure flatness of machined plates our machine can assure flatness 0,1mm using digital control measuring system.

Punching Machines
We have 18 CNC controlled punching machines where we are able to punch metal plates up to 8mm thickness. Another 6 hydraulic punching machines, with maximum punching force of 800 ton.

QC Inspection Room
We use a 3D projector machine to check dimension of products with tolerance up to 0.01mm. To measure 2D dimensions we have got “V5 Trimos” from Switzerland and “Mars” from Germany.

Tooling Workshop
To make the punching tooling and jigs by ourselves, we have got 10 wire cutting machines and 2 CNC milling machines.

Welding Workshop
To weld aluminum, stainless steel, regular steel or brass, we have got 6 laser welding machines, 4 robot welding machines (TIG and MIG) and 15 manually operated machines. We have got a specialized engineering team to make welding jig according to customers’ drawing.

Quality
The Quality Management System is based on the following main steps:
- Receiving drawings in AutoCad or SolidWorks
- Careful analysis of drawings with feedback to customers if production challenges
- Production of jigs and tooling
- Development of inspection standards and protocols
- Production of samples for customer approval
- After sample approval, confirm of inspection standard
- Mass production with continues QC inspection
- Final inspection
- Packing to assure product protection and low freight charges
